What is therapy all about?

We all have skills and strategies that have helped us get through the days, weeks and even years. Unfortunately, sometimes those strategies stop serving us. Together we can explore new strategies and build upon the skills you already have. I will tailor an individual plan for you using a range of evidence based therapies including:
